CONFIRMATIONS

You will get a reminder to confirm your appointment 7 days before your visit by text, email, or app notification (based on your Gloss Genius settings). Not confirming is not a cancellation, but confirming helps me prepare for you.

CANCELLATIONS 

​

Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.

Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of total service price.

No-shows will be charged 100% of total service price.

CARDS ON FILE 

​

A valid card is required to reserve appointments. Cards may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

PAYMENTS

​

I accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. Apple Pay and digital wallets are not accepted.

If your service doesn't turn out as expected, please let me know within 7 days and I will make it right at no cost. This does not apply if you change your mind about the look you requested.
